For example one episode will tell us that Fred and Wilma had their honeymoon in Boulder Beach another will tell you it was Bedrock Races and another at the Rock Mountain Inn.

lot of folks have forgotten (or perhaps never knew) that when The Flintstones first went on the air on September 30 1960 it was ballyhooed as "an adult cartoon.
Fred and Barney go bowling The Royal Order of water Buffaloes and hang out at the pool hall.

That season ABC opened the evening at 7:30 with Matty's Funday Funnies a Mattel-sponsored series that recycled old Paramount cartoons like "Herman and Katnip.
Well that one was a pretty quick flop but it was a prime-time network animated show so I should have mentioned it.

These creatures would disappear in later Flintstones shows and the more familar ones would figure in adventures.
The voices are great especially Alan Reed (Fred) who has such a loud and obnoxious voice which fits Fred Flintstone's character so well.

From episode 1 to episode 166 we are treated with laughs and clever animal gimmicks as well as good storylines.
Prime-time cartoon shows went away after that and didn't reappear until the very end of 1989 when The Simpsons debuted.

Different voice actors play bit roles in different "Flintstones" episodes for the animal creatures working as household appliances and strangers in the street making side comments.
I can't believe they're still doing it all these years.
